How to confirm entry into the TikTok LIVE agency
This guide is for creators who have been approved to join the agency and need to confirm the invitation in the TikTok app.
Try this simple process first
Most people just need to click the invitation link from the agency and confirm the invitation directly in TikTok.
Quick guide
- 1 Open TikTok and check that you're on the correct account.
- 2 Click the invitation link the agency sends you.
- 3 If TikTok opens, confirm the invitation with the Accept / Confirm / Join button.
- 4 After confirming, send the agency a screenshot.
- 5 If the invitation doesn't appear, continue with the manual process below.
What can happen after approval?
For some accounts TikTok approves the invitation immediately. For others TikTok may first require a short trial LIVE stream of approximately 10 to 30 minutes. Only then will the invitation appear in TikTok settings.
This is not the agency's fault. It's TikTok's process and it can behave slightly differently for each account.
Process after being accepted into the agency
Follow the steps exactly. If you can't see something, send the agency a screenshot.
Check the correct TikTok account
Open TikTok, go to your profile and check you're logged into the account you want to add to the agency. If you have multiple accounts, switch to the correct one first.
Click the invitation link
Open the agency's message and click the invitation link. It should open directly in the TikTok app. If it opens in a browser, click "Open in TikTok".
Check the agency name
After opening the invitation, check the agency name. If you see the correct agency, proceed to confirmation.
Confirm the invitation
Click the Accept, Confirm, Join or Agree button. The button name may differ depending on the app's language.
Send the agency a screenshot
After confirming, send a screenshot showing that the invitation was accepted or that you've been added to the agency.

What to do when TikTok requires a trial stream?
Sometimes TikTok won't let you confirm the invitation straight away. In that case the system may require a short trial LIVE stream.
Trial LIVE process
- 1 Open TikTok.
- 2 Start a LIVE stream.
- 3 Stream for approximately 10 to 30 minutes.
- 4 During the LIVE be respectful and follow TikTok's rules.
- 5 After ending the LIVE, wait a few minutes.
- 6 Reopen TikTok Studio or Creator tools.
- 7 Go to LIVE Center.
- 8 Open Creator Network Center or Agency Center.
- 9 Confirm the agency invitation.
- 10 Send the agency a screenshot.
What should the trial LIVE look like?
The trial LIVE doesn't need to be anything complicated. A normal, respectful stream where you introduce yourself, greet people and test your setup is fine.
You could say something like:
"Hey everyone, I'm trying out LIVE streaming today and setting up my account. I'd love it if you stopped by and left a comment."
What to do during the trial LIVE
- ✓ turn on the camera if possible,
- ✓ introduce yourself,
- ✓ communicate normally with viewers,
- ✓ be respectful,
- ✓ stream from a suitable environment,
- ✓ follow TikTok's community guidelines.
What not to do during the trial LIVE
- × don't swear or insult people,
- × don't aggressively ask for gifts,
- × avoid alcohol, gambling or political conflicts,
- × don't show minors,
- × don't stream risky content,
- × don't do anything that could get your account restricted.
Common problems and solutions
I can't see Creator Network Center or Agency Center
Try updating TikTok, closing and reopening the app, checking the correct account, and looking in TikTok Studio, Creator tools and LIVE Center. The section name may differ depending on your country, account and app version.
The link opens in a browser, not in TikTok
Try clicking "Open in TikTok", pressing and holding the link and selecting TikTok, or opening the link directly on the phone where TikTok is installed.
The invitation isn't showing up
Possible reasons: you're on the wrong account, your app isn't updated, the account doesn't yet meet the requirements, TikTok wants a trial LIVE, the account is already in another agency, or has a restriction.
I'm already in another agency
If you're already in another agency or Creator Network, it may not be possible to accept a new invitation immediately. You'll need to resolve the current assignment first according to TikTok's and your agency's rules.
I have multiple TikTok accounts
You must confirm the invitation on the account you want to add to the agency. Always check your TikTok username before clicking the link.
TikTok shows an age issue
If TikTok identified an age issue, follow the instructions in the app. Verification usually needs to be handled directly by the account owner.
Before writing to the agency, check this
